I am looking for websites to do a link exchange with. I have a cryptocurrency website and would love to connect with other webmasters.

I guess you need to increase your website traffic buddy? There are many ways beside connecting to other webmaster:
1. Active on mass platform: steemit, reddit, etc
2. Share your webb link on community channel: facebook and the groups, telegram groups, etc.

It is impossible for you to find a link partner without knowing what your website is. So please mention that first.
Secondly, it is highly unlikely that you are the one with a quality traffic, otherwise you would not be out here. So expect to pay some premium in addition to the link exchange.
You can also give links-pal.com a shot, they usually work out quite well if your target is JUST the traffic.

You did not mention or posted your website so the webmasters can see if they want to do exchange links but if you want backlinks I highly recommend linkcollider I'm using this to increase my page rank and traffic this program really works.

I see now what is your goal, it should be filtering and screening for each similar news if you want to get most accurate news. But you need some criteria for the accuracy of news you are filtering and screening then the readers will be more clearer for accuracy of your website.

I really wouldn't focus on getting more new news links to contribute it on my website but instead focused on what your goal is which is providing reliable amd accurate news artivles fir your viewers and I think that is what will set you apart from the rest of them. Just plunging us with new article links every 1 or two minutes is something that we don't want to see but the qualoty of what you can offer. If not you'll just be another news curator without anything to offer.

Link exchanges aren't effective for SEO anymore.If you really wanna get valuable links,you will have to offer something valuable in return.Check out the Youtube channels of SEO experts like Neil Patel and Brian Dean.

On another hand, in seo quality is over quantity. It will be hard for you to get high quality backlinks from homepage of popular crypto websites, you have to offer them something valuable. For example be partner of any bitcoin casino, offer them that you'll regularly publish articles about them if they place your link in their homepage. Or contact websites and ask owners if they wish to include your link on their website in exchange of money. You really need some money to get quality backlinks and improve your positions in search engines.

Let the website owners decide for him. There are small sites that might want to take the deal.

Everything starts from a small and OP needs to work on his way up.

Now to you OP, I doubt someone will approach you here. What you need to do is to browse the internet for your target sites and contact them. As always, there should be a Contact section page at each site.
