I tried to warn people to stay away from this user (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5162192.msg51767285#msg51767285). I didn't have any concrete evidence of a scam, but the whole thing looked very suspicious to me. Jenn09 has at least one confirmed alt (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2544574.msg51765974#msg51765974) (which I've also tagged,) but I agree that all the accounts vouching for her service in that thread are very likely her sock puppets.
