You're offering to give your ID/Passport (?) You know your data can be used by people to scam, or potentially launder/transfer large amounts of money, which you can be taxed for. You never know for who you will done such service, and there is also problem in fact that you will be using one IP, and your potential customer another IP (probably from different countries). Not to mention how you will handle 2FA service on some exchange (you can not send your phone to buyer).
There are many problems that may arise with such service, and we can not be sure that you are not selling stolen personal data. To much risk is involved in this, it is much better to every user is go through KYC with his data.
