I don't think I've ever seen a casino market itself in such a way, most are actually pretty transparent about their house edge and provide advice on how to combat gambling addiction. It's all a mix of risk vs reward, sure you can double your money at most casinos, but the odds are slightly more likely that you'll actually lose your input instead.
