i deposit my UNO coin from coinexchange.io to bleutrade about 1day 15 hours  ago.... i didn't check the announcement for delisting UNO at 15.07.19 .... i saw status active & deposit my UNO coin .....it show explorer & 800 confirmation is past but coin doesn't deposit yet....help me to deposit...

Bleutrade hult UNO deposit in 02.07.2019 ... but , i don't saw it...coinexchange.io support say coin withdraw successfully but bleutrade didn't my UNO coin...how i get my UNO coin....???

It shows 800 confirmation that means your asset already delivered a day ago and it seems like the problem is in the bluetrade, we can't do anything to help you because your wallet is being controlled by the bluetrade team and it seems like that bluetrade is a scam. the only party that you can blame is bluetrade.

This is strange because I read in some article that exchange has been established since 2013 but the funny thing is that they are not registered in CMC because it should be if you have been able to enter CMC for a long time, just send it to support them repeatedly, maybe they will return your coin

I'm not familiar with them even it said that they are operating years ago already and I just heard about them just now. To get replied about your issue you can contact them via their social media accounts such their facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Bleutrade), twitter (https://twitter.com/bleutrade) even on their telegram group (https://t.me/bleutradeexchange).

Saw their ANN thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=525921.0), but I'm not sure if they will reply on the thread since the OP was so inactive.

You might ask outside their working hours, you have to be patient, if the admin is active, maybe they can help your problem. And make this your lesson for the future to be more careful about the situation and conditions that occur.

Exactly this community has no power to reverse such likelihood incidents,  so you accept what has happened.. However, there is one thing this community can help with which is publicising the bad that has been done to you.

I saw some threads and feedbacks that the service usually has critical customer service and over 2 months passed before some issue got resolved. So you should expect that they will act the same...

You should not hurry on transferring funds. Should have done a little research, you'd not have been facing any problem. Accept it as a lesson hard learned and hope bluetrade would respond as they are the only one that could help.

Why they keep a wallet for the delisted coin?

Just make sure that you entered into the legit site, if yes then the support team will be able to help but not sure about the the quality of supporting the customer.

just be patient and just update in their telegram, they should revert your coin back to your wallet,,

I don't think this is the appropriate place to complain about this, no one can help you but the exchange. It been a while I used coinexchange.io but the people seems to be reasonable people and know what they are doing, write their support they should help you out

very often, people don’t even write to support  because they don’t know how to do it, but on Coinexchange it’s very easy to find an email for the issues which you have and  they respond very quickly
