If you look at other thread posted by the OP https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5165242.msg51827523#msg51827523 you'd know he's looking for a Pen-Tester. On asking, he didn't provide any further information and created a new thread which doesn't require a pen-tester. I've sent them a message with my telegram and they haven't replied to it. So I'm assuming you'd be wasting time waiting for them to PM you.

Wasn't aware of his other thread (didn't see the connection). Was going to post more info on the project upon PM.

This guy is a scammer. It ask to install electrum and send 200 usd to that wallet and after he say will send 200 usd ask to install burp suite, a RAT, trojan backdoor virus. Is your choice guys. Don't waste your time with and lose your coins.

Although I don't know the whole discussion, I tend to believe @dandan1010 is right.
Reasons:
1. Private discussion - OP wants to hide something.
2. OWN wallet means the the owner and only the owner holds the private key. If it's a service "offering" that wallet, it's not OWN and the true owner of the wallet may or may not allow a withdrawal.

OP, you can prove me I'm wrong by posting publicly the whole story.

A clear scam. Asking to install electrum after run burp suite so he can steal the coins, newbies please don't fall on this. First you say you don't any money that other part have, after you ask 200. Get a life man. Or soon you will go to jail. A moderator or admin if can check the ip of this guy so i report him to his provider.
