If a certain exchange has an app, chances are, the link to the app will be linked from their official website. Use the listed link to make sure the app you're seeing on the PlayStore is authentic.

Stick with ones that have been around for at least 4 years. Sometimes you have to use less established exchanges to get exposure to certain assets. That being said, leaving your coins on such exchanges is asking to be permanently separated from them. There are many signs. I wouldn't trust any small exchange with a decent amount of money of 10$ but this one just crosses many lines.
