You need to make proposals about your business and goals and then send them one by one. Especially for companies that have a pretty good reputation, they're more interested in reading proposals than in telegram conversations. You must tell the people of what's the project you are working for and what's the website. It isn't enough to just look for it but you must also give an idea to the people on what's this all about. There are many ways to contact the interested investors or to make easier for you, they'll just contact you automatically if they find the project interesting and has potential.
Make yourself transparent here, post your idea together with your qualifications on why people should partner with you.
