What did you really want to ask for help? There are some masternodes hosting and setting-up services, such as: Gentarium (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4707019.0), or Gincoin (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2998031.0). You should visit those platforms, their ANN threads to see whether they are fitted with your needs or not.

But the founders of the blockchain network can advertise masternodes so that they can get more people running masternodes on their network. Remember, the more masternodes the better.
