They will not be able to control cryptocurrencies, it is very difficult to do

They will try to control it for sure.
And they will control Libra, but not Bitcoin.

This planning has been there and i don't think it a new thing. Almost all the government wanted to regulate bitcoin and cryptocurrency and as such i don't think the European Parliament is different and this is the only way the Parliament think they can safeguard the EURO from facing extension. However, it is going to be difficult to achieve that and the early they identify this the better it will be
