Interesting case, they are regulated just by Belorussian law ? Which audience do they have ? Only from Belorussia or other countries residents also available to trade ?

I've read about these guys; according to wp they plan to start tokensale and a lot of countries are available to get in; i assume if token is an integral part of exchange,  at least investors from other countries can be users)) but didnt see legal docs so far

Are they new exchange? Because I have not heard of this exchange before, and I cannot really advise if you should make use of them or not, the only exchange I have known are these popular exchanges, because some of these exchanges that are new or not popular lacks the volume to make a perfect trade, I am a trader and you know that we traders needs real volume for us to be able to trade effectively.

I usually do not condemn this exchanges that are new or not known, I feel that we have to encourage them and help them grow in volume, but my mentality changes about them too when there was one that I almost got my money stocked for close 6 months because of lack of volume to trade, which I also notice they do not give a damn about the users even when you contact them for assistance.

Is this the exchange that you are talking about?

https://iex.net/

It looks like a dead exchange to me,  quickly glance at the 24-hour volume, it's zero, LOL. Telegram channel has around 5000++ members but its not a good indication. So you'll be the judge if this is a good exchange or not. But for me, I'll pass this one, too many risk, I'll just stick to the exchanges that I've been playing at and comfortable with.

Even if they're legit, I think space is too crowded right now. Too many new players while there is no change on the users. These token for exchange model is also not groundbreaking anymore, they're probably going to be another low volume exchange like any other.

I am completely in agreement with your point, the market is just too saturated, and it seems to me that exchange is what many people wants to go into, and then they keep complaining of not having volumes, how can they have volume when the number of exchanges that we currently have is almost outweighing the number of users in the cryptocurrency market.

I think many projects who thinks of using the blockchain technology to work should try as much as possible to start looking for new concepts, I think we are just tired of investing in old innovations that are just copycat of one another, we really need more than exchanges right now, all my years in the cryptocurrency industry, I have only made use of 2 exchanges, and that is Binance and Huobi.

Indeed, the new exchange is now very monotonous. At least if they want to compete with the top exchanges, they should have to have new innovations that rival Binance. Because for now only Binance continues to make new innovations in their exchanges, of course it will be very difficult too, because binance itself has strong trust from traders. But here I'm still pretty sure that a better new exchange will come in the future and Binance will probably be like Bittrex.

What kind of innovations should be done to get credibility for new exchange? As for me, I’m always looking some new interesting players on this market, and besides this one exchange passed  E&Y audit as a read in news

Most likely it will not be IEO, but the exchange token. The logic is the same as that of the BNB on the Binance. But what function will the token on IExchange perform better ask the developers.

A good investment opportunity if the exchange becomes known. The exchange token can grow very well.

I'm not familiar with it, but Okex for sure is much more good to use compare to Iexchange.
So, I advised you to use okex rather to Iexchange or shift on the top 10 exchange at the coinmarketcap mate.
Since Iexchange was new to me I advise you to review it well first before anything else.

I have heard of the exchange but there are many negative issues for the exchange, such as low volume, low prices and many other factors. I think maybe you can choose another exchange with more potential.

Today, low volumes even on well-known exchanges. I do not see this as a problem, people with a small deposit can safely trade on it. Volatility is needed, and it is almost absent on altcoins.

We are partners with international cryptocurrency exchange OKEx.

But don't know about their token sale. With so many exchanges sprouting nowadays, really hard to know if they are truly legit or not. Need to dig more.

It looks like a serious exchange if it was deemed worthy at the state level. Today there are a lot of exchanges that you do not have time to keep track of.

Obviously, its pretty new that's why you don't see any reviews whatsoever. Besides, the market is really saturated so I don't know if it can break barriers as competition is very tough. Although it has partnered with OKEX, it doesn't mean that it will be successful, so we will have to see how it will do in this very competitive market.

If you look at the statistics, then a lot of exchanges have their tokens, but their perspective is very vague, of course, if you do not take into account token BNB.  Recently, the cryptocurrency market of the exchange has been developing very poorly and accordingly their tokens are below the planned level.
Well, today the situation for altcoins is not the best, especially for exchange ones. But if this exchange operates under the jurisdiction and laws of Belarus, I think it has a future.

What do you mean buy saing "government control"? It's good or bad?
On the one hand, it’s good when there is control over the work of the exchange, it does not allow the team to engage in fraud. On the other hand, I believe that cryptocurrency should be decentralized.

In fact, completely decentralized exchanges do not exist. Anyway, someone has a strong influence on this business. Even if the exchange is direct using the wallet, what prevents you from disconnecting the online wallet?

The design is really very nice, but that's not the point. If there will soon be news about a partnership with OKEX, then the exchange token has room to grow. I would first look at the investment opportunity.

Yes, you are right, but on the other hand, that means that government make control of that exchange.
I don’t see any involvement of government in this exchange, the fact that it is not decentralized exchange does not mean that it has the control of government and when we talk of government, which government are we talking about because we have several governments of different countries in this world and as far as I know, I am not sure that any of those government are interested in regulating any of these exchanges yet except those countries that we know has been cryptocurrency friendly right from the beginning.

Most of the exchanges that we have in the market today are centralized exchange, although few of them might have their own dex too established just like Binance, but they are still being controlled by the owner of the exchange and not government.
