MEETING.... HARD FORK... LISTING IN  Exchange

Partnership  ??? UPDATE    

First is it's benefits, second is it's legitimacy, third is that I can make sure that I can gain a good amount of profit upon investing to any coin.

Profit is the top reason why most of the investors wants to invest in any legitimate project out there but the main problem of most of us is the good source of information that we can really trust. Because there are plenty of news out there but most them are being bought or bias, it's like 90% of the news are like this and only 10% of the news out there are authentic.

partnership and listed exchange will be the two events that I am most interested in. Because these are two things that make the price of the coin the strongest.
I often read and explore predictions of members here. I had a lot of profit when some Senior members shared the news soon.
such as news about PHX, there was someone who shared that it would list Binance. I bought $ 1k1 and just 2 days later, the news was public and I had a profit of $ 900.

Let's face it, everyone is here for the the money, so we might say that this is the main reason why investors pour their hard cash on the market. And second, you also need to look if they have real life usage.

There are a lot of coins out there and you can only count a few who really made a lot of impact in crypto verse. If the coin has the potential to change the landscape, then definitely it wouldn't take long before that coins will enjoy the support of the community.

First, you might change the words "SOURS" in your title to "SOURCE".

Anyway, benefit is the main reason why I'm buying a coin and holding it for mid to long run. Aside from profits which is already there, how can the coin help other people world wide is main reason. Another is the community. Are the team active? Does the coin have a large community to support the project?? If the community is active with the team and they are continuously developing then there is a chance that the coin will boom in the future.

Hype and personal research, once I see a coin being hyped even when it is shilled by many people, I take that as an opportunity to pick the project and then look into it deeply by thoroughly researching on it before I consider it, hype has really helped me to know some coins that I have invested in because there are too many coins in the market for me to research on, and that is just the basic reason why many people go to the market, and then research on the top 100 coins first when they want to buy coin, or look at the top 100 coins of an exchange.

Maybe now, I can still out the two you mentioned into consideration, I mean news, for listing, I think I prefer to take part in projects listed ion great exchanges, but for hardfork, I hate hardfork projects because I feel they are just copycats.

Yep, listing news (in Binance) is the answer if you want to follow easy rally or get high accuracy signal. But this is for very short term except if we are in bullrun of whole cryptomarket.

The thing is that such information like this is very rare, and should have very credible source. For example if you have a deep connection with the project team or the exchange team. Or the other way is if you can join a community where some of the members have deep connection with the project team or the exchange team.

So if you want to choose this path, i think you can start with finding this community.

I don't rely much on news sites, but I do make use of them… but not only one. If I should see any headline that draws my attention… after reading it from that source I also start to do research about it to also know what other top blogs/websites are saying about that particular… if all the top blogs are saying the same thing, I would believe them but still not much cause I'm going to ask questions from people who are into crypto themselves to know whether they have read the same news and what they have in mind about it. As long as the project is going to bring profit then I am in for it.

These examples are pointing out to FOMO. Some traders buy instantly for a quick flip.
As for me, I'm definitely interested in big partnerships. For the source, twitter is where I see relevant news and also the fastest.

It depends on the perspective, as a day trader any positive news which is likely to increase the price can make one buy, regardless whether it's a short or long term effect. This could be, confirmed partnership, project expansion, new listing, marketing e.t.c.
But a long term investor would be searching for more concrete developments which would have a lasting effect.

If I find out what coin is going to be listing on a major exchange. It often happens that before the official listing of a coin begins to trade on forkdelta where you can buy coins on the cheap and then you can make money after the listing.

The hype factors help in this industry mostly controlled by emotions, I too don't stress myself that much to look into every coin out there one after another. Since most Altcoins offer similar services (store of wealth, currency etc) The level of hype on a project also determine how deep I research to get to know why that particular project is been hype then I can verify if the hype are empty ones just marketing strategy or are really worth it that's hype that have backings (long term coins). A very popular example was the hype associated with NEO, took advantage of the hype, did my research and was privilege to exist the market before the massive decline of price. Never guess it'll go this low but knew it won't be replacing ethereum anything soon.

partner will be the part that interests me most. Because if they partner with some big partners on CMC, they will bring many benefits to the business and the price will surely pump immediately.
Besides, it is good for the holders because good partners always bring great value to the business in the long term.

That is definitely the listing event. if it is one of the big exchanges like Huobi or Binance, I am sure the value will increase by at least 15% - 30%.
I only look forward to this news because the crypto community is always looking for such events.

Certainly everyone we have around here in the cryptocurrency market do buy coins for profit purpose, we are still yet to fully have people use cryptocurrency for utility purpose alone except some few merchants that are beginning to accept bitcoin as means of payment for their goods and services, and since I am using it for investment purpose for now, the exchange it is being listed on first would determine if I would invest in the coin or not, because I believe that any genuine project that has some respect for quality things would first consider exchanges that are reliable and does not store up much of shit coins like some low quality exchanges where every coin you find there are scam coin and pump and dump coin, that is why I strictly go on Binance to pick any coin I want to invest in.
