I've been an active member of Sportsbet.io for a long time and must say that this site is not recommended. They have a very bad customer support and it takes weeks until something is processed with them although I'm here since 2016 and have already lost several 100K there !!! Lastly, I wanted an excerpt from my complete deposits and withdrawals, but I wait until today for it !!!! .. I thought bitcasino. Io would be a better casino, but they have the same chat running on both sides and I was denied the 100% welcome bonus there, wrote the support and still get no answer Have not won anything for a long time, I think I was relieved here for years Can you help me what can I do against this or is one completely powerless? So far as I know they do not even have a proper license? Does anyone know more or agree with her? :(

Regarding the deposit bonus, maybe there is a geographical restriction. I remember registering at a new casino a while back and they promised free spins. After I registered I didnt get any so I contacted their support team. They told me that unfortunately they cant credit my account with free spins because of the region where I am from, whatever that means. Instead they offered me another bonus which I accepted instead.

I have been a sportsbet.io customer from long time and never faced this kind of experience with them. Usually when I need the help of support I active the chat window and start chatting with them. In fact I found in some occasions they gone extra mile for me to resolve my issue.

Anyway, I hope you get that you ask for from them.

First, if you are accusing both Bitcasino.io and sportsbet.io, this should be on Scam Accusation board.

Second, you need proof about your accusation, how other people will believe in your accusations if you have any proof or evidence, especially your rank is a newbie.

I believe that both Bitcasino and Sportsbet are good. I had some matters with Bitcasino and I was talking to Karl (the one that reacted to the op in this thread), and my experience was very positive. The responses did not take long, and each time I received polite and constructive answers... I don't know what's in the chat support, but if you were aggressive there, I think it's justified that you got blocked. As for losing hundreds of thousands of dollars - it's not the problem of a specific casino, and going to a different one won't change the outcome. You simply cannot win on a regular basis if you're a gambler. The probability is playing against you. If you want to earn money, try a job, and if you definitely want to earn through gambling - choose a skill-based game like poker, improve your knowledge and then try at a trusted casino.

To make it short, you broke their terms by having multiple accounts that's why the bonus was removed from your main account.

If you used Bitcoin to deposit you can use the deposit and withdrawal window to check every transaction you've made.

I've been using sportsbet for a few years too and their support is usually helpful even if your problem is already fixed they would still ask if you have more.

Sportsbet.io is a good place to bet on sports as for my experience. Have used the service for years now and never ran into problems apart from some bugs on their events at times (though that was almost immediately fixed, always.) Lines are good, customer support replies fast and most importantly withdrawals are usually smooth. Upon reading the context of your whole post, you are just upset of hardly not winning anything for the course of a few years. Also, as a former customer service rep myself, there are tickets that are usually answered based on the order it was submitted, so it's possible that yours is on queue, resulting on them not immediately getting back to you.

Have you read their Term and Conditions of their service? According to their Terms and Condition (stated in section 3 part 5), having multiple accounts is prohibited and doing so they have the right to close all your accounts and confiscate your funds. The next part states that if you make multiple accounts by mistake, you must notify them. I guess you didn't notify them. According to the last post made by their staff, it looks like you had multiple accounts. I don't see anything wrong here for now. If they can prove that those accounts are yours, they can ban you and take away all your funds. Hope you are able to resolve your issue with them.

how on earth a site refusing to credit you a bonus makes the site scam ? sites have all the rights to credit the bonus or not
if they did credit you the bonus and you cleared it but they didn't pay you the winnings  that would be a different story

Just because you are losing it so much, does not make each sites that you said is bad. I know they have some super later support but for payment they always complete it all. And you said about you played it since 2016 and this has been 3 years and yet you just complaint it now? OP is totally discredited, he’s been found to have been playing with 12 accounts. The only scammer is him (and not a very good one at that).

You are really right.  It seems to me that it’s even funny to believe that gambling for someone can become a major source of income.  The fact is that too active advertising of gambling misleads many people who hope for quick and big money through a casino, especially in the absence of experience.

u think the OP has a bad prospective on online gambling, what i understood was that he obviously has higher expectations of winning then are offered from most casinos.
