According to this page (https://wiki.trezor.io/Tether_(USDT)#How_to_use_Tether_with_Trezor), you can access your Tether account through Trezor Beta Wallet (https://beta-wallet.trezor.io/#/). It is listed as an ERC20 token so you will have to switch to Ethereum wallet. You can also use MyEtherWallet (https://www.myetherwallet.com/). Most blockchains have different addresses. They are not cross-compatible. Your Ethereum address will be significantly different than your Bitcoin one. Some Bitcoin forks introduced their own address formats but they still support Bitcoin ones (e.g. Bitcoin Cash). Coins sent on Ethereum network to a Bitcoin address will be lost (burned).
