We launched a new Pos&Masternodes coin that is very innovative. We build one app to certify documents and generate a summerize doc and we developed a special physical wallet where anyone holding and staking more than 2500 Believe can use for free. We look for a campaign manager and Bounties, accepting our coin for the promotion.

I doubt any good manager would accept a coin with only 0.02 BTC buy orders. Use BTC to pay them, especially because you post your offer on the Services section.

Thanks. Very honestly we were quoted only yesterday and we didn't start any promotion yet. We wanted to test all technical issues. On the other side, we are looking for people that understand our projects and potentialities.

There will be few bounty/signature campaign managers that are likely to take this job if you will pay them with your token. And take note that most of the reputable bounty/signature campaign manager would prefer to accept bitcoin and few altcoins that are reliable to trade.

That's better than most bounties in altcoin session, which are not even listed in exchanges at all....

Usually those projects are promoted during or before the ico, and listed in exchanges afterwards

I would like to suggest don't pay with your coin from beginning of campaign. Because every participant will sell their coin and you coin could dump more. So better run your campaign with btc at least couple of week then move it on Altcoin bounty section so you could pay with your coin. Also if you need quality poster you should pay with bitcoin.

Just because the OP was already listed on exchange site doesn't make better than most bounties we have in the altcoin session for the coin utility, trade volume and concept will determine it was indeed better. However, I will advice the OP to use two payment option i.e their coin and BTC.

Mostly bounty campaign paying their participants after the end of campaign or the end of ico if paying them with altcoin. Since this coin have listed on exchange it's better to pay bounty participants at the end of the campaign if want to avoid someone who could dump the coin. And for the signature campaign they should be paid regularly and paid using Bitcoin.

Thats a really negative attitude to have, every coin started somewhere and it is possible for this to rise exponentially.  I'm not saying it will happen but these are the type of risks that people take in order to become really rich.

How can a coin not even listed in exchanges have a trade volume? It may never been listed in an exchange, ever.
Coin utility isn't a warranty also, because a project may be amazing but never accomplished.

If the coin is already listed,  you can analyze the project more clearly.
You also know how much it is worth.

However I agree with you, 0.02 BTC volume is ridiculous.

I have some experience with the pos/masternode shitcoins. And right now you are looking worse than some of the scam projects.

But that is a good thing, scam projects inflate their volumes and when they have enough volume they just ditch the project and run.

What makes you any different? Typically most masternode-shitcoins do not have any faces backing them up, no team, no ambassadors, no community, do you guys have any of that? someone to bounce some questions off? To ask about the tech and to verify that you're indeed legit?

Always try to pay using Bitcoin or ethereum. It will give good exposure for you among the the good campaign managers list. If you want to run a bounty with the legent campaign manager. I suggest you to choose Yahoo.

I think for POS coins you should just promote the mining and then reward people for staking it.

There is really no other way. Get them to do a few actions initially to get the coins,,, then ask them all to open their wallets and stake and lock in that period for a long time, otherwise more dumpage and bye bye listing.

There is the saying that half bread is better than none. And this is what happens with this situation. It is better to participate in bounty that have already listed on CMC than the one which is not. How are you sure that token will finally get listed without scamming the people?
