I am glad that you mentioned the security part of it because that is exactly what many people need in an exchange. We have so many exchanges that has promised security in the past but have failed woefully in delivering such security because many of their clients keeps getting hacked trough their exchange wallet often, but looking at the little explanation you have here, I think that your exchange will be a secured one.

Another thing you need to look at is the cost of listing and also trading on your platform If it is fair enough to be attractive. This is one if the strategy that Binance was able to sue to really win the heart of many of its users, and then thee strategy of given them bonuses on some of their transactions that meets up with their requirements.

veserus is a new exchange and the volume is not available. Besides, the interface is not yet complete.
In order to become one of the successful exchanges, I think the project should seek more investors and use that money to market the project.
It will improve the volume and increase the number of traders there.
