The selection ranges from lots at US$15K up to project development parcels for US$2million. All properties have ocean views and are typically in the mountains with fantastic vistas. One is on a Caribbean beach with a river along one side flowing from the jungle to the ocean. One mountain property overlooking the Caribbean has 10 rainforest water springs that flow into the ocean and already has the license for bottling water. Most overlook the Pacific Ocean. Opportunities abound. Going forward, if you need help, we can assist you in building on the land or developing a property. We pay commissions to regular real estate brokers, so we will pay commissions to those who bring us buyers from the crypto currency world. The more engaged you are, the higher the commission. If no commission, we discount to the buyer. We have our own Bed & Breakfast that you can book on the Pacific Coast, when visiting the properties. We will pick you up and go from there. Maybe he just opened an account to sell the land. He may be trying to get more opportunities for sale. People like him (if my assumption is correct), will increase adoption and bring in more people to bitcoin. Dissing just because he is a newbie is simply bad politics.Anyways, the board should make it easier for newbies to get into bitcoin and crypto in general. Businessman getting into bitcoin is a needed change. However, each time a newbie jumps in just to say something positive (or neutral), your almost nonexistent credibility decreases even more... |
