For pretty pictures of which countries are naughty and nice.

bonus if its interactive (look google maps with regional bans).

Overlays are highly prioritized for fighting in GIS (Geographic Information System) analysis.
So in another sense Overlay has the ability to compile graphical destination maps on your computer screen/plot.

I suppose administrators will not share such information, however in the last year theymos published the map "Evil score visualization 2" (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4101785.msg38095782#msg38095782).
