It does not come with box or software to download data to computer but I am sure it can be found online.
I also have 3x used, but functional, Cablesaurus PCIe x16 Extender Cables (http://cablesaurus.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=9 (http://cablesaurus.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=9)).
