Try using archive.is (https://archive.is/), which works for me without issue. If that still doesn't work, what DNS provider are you using? I know archive.is has problems with Cloudflare DNS and it's possible that it's happening with another DNS provider (for example I can't load bustabit.com while using OpenDNS).

I know archive.is has problems with Cloudflare DNS and it's possible that it's happening with another DNS provider (for example I can't load bustabit.com while using OpenDNS). Often tor won't open archive sites and very rare they are not available from normal browsers, usually, if one is down, the other probably isn't (I mean, archive.is - archive.fo)OP when was the last time you used archive.to?
