I just watched the video of the dice game but I dont think it is a dice game. Afaik it is usually called by Sicbo, so I think you should change it to Sicbo. Just a suggestion based on what I know about the game as it is the same by sicbo game provided by coinroyale and other sites.

Just give them their time to fix their site it might just a little problem and a bit confusing but with the huge effort of their devs, then everything will get fixed.
