In my view:

Full military science; USA for sure. We have kinetic bombardment. The best way to save lives is to end the war quickly.

Conventional warfare would be Chinese invasion situation. They'd not be able to quickly exterminate unless they just bought the government.

We'd be best off hitting core military targets, and positioning convert troops outside major metropolises and easily capture entire cities. In the United States, even the local police can defend against traditional military gear (with Rapid Response Units and SWAT). I feel as though unless military was directly integrated into cities, they'd fall from just a few dozen well placed units.

USA currently holds air superiority but China could easily overtake that.

USA currently also holds the sea; but Chinese subs exist... the real question is what's our intelligence?

Again, China could launch aircraft carriers much faster than America.

China wins in troop count. They could easily mobilize a huge faction of their people.

The best warfare for China would be to c'oup our government. Trick our citizens, and slaughter them.

In my opinion, war isn't necessary and we should both strive for full automation with a happy and free populace.

China would win, Do you realize the female Chinese military has more troops than the Americans+Canada+UK male/female combined!

Now put all those troops on a drone with a camera and gun on them, who wins? They can control 100,000,000`s of more drones than us, they have the factories to mass produce them to. Americans have no clue how many drones the Chinese has, they need to wake up because they are about to get exterminated.

Btw, the Chinese don`t even need pilots on their drones, they have all their citizens in a data base, they hook that data base up to the drones and set it to fire at will on people not on the system. GG WP, They don`t even need any fucking troops.

How many female defenders would America have? Even if you take out cops/military, civvies still have guns. And we can guerrilla.

Let`s just look at some numbers

1.586 billion Chinese (all drafted into military)
350 million Americans (some drafted into military)

Are you going to ignore the fact that the US isn't just one of those minor nations that has no other allies in the world. The US, if they were attacked has a coalition of the willing that would LOVE to fight off the Chinese in order to protect America -- as Americans interests and businesses dominate the entire world. We're talking like all of NATO here.

Even just toe to toe, the US would destroy China with its advanced technological capabilities -- even with the amount of people that China has at their whim. Having tons of bodies and simple guns used to be how warfare was handled. Now people go to a desk, put on a headset, and start firing from drones -- war is not the same.

US has some pretty awesome defenses.

Pretty sure we could pull off some sort of EMP to kill the drone wholesale.

North Korea on the other hand? They'd not know what hit them.

All government covers up corruption, if you don't know that, you're blind. Human error is a major concern and should be reduced to none.

Isn't the reason why there aren't major wars like this anymore is because of MAD (mutual assured destruction) and a nuclear stalemate? I'm thinking the US would win in the event of a nuclear war because we probably have better missile defense systems. I think our trade agreements keep both sides too heavily invested in each other to want to go to war, as well. The next war will probably be an economic one.

Pretty sure we're already doing a trade war with China.

But this thread is about military invasion and conquest, not about tit-for-tat tariffs.

I'm talking about China liquidating their stock holdings and plunging the U.S. into another recession / depression.

USA wins 100%, but with what cost, that is the question.It would set back USA a lot, it would take decades to rebuild , or even more.

We scapegoated a radical group to secure the region. OPEC lost chips on the table; the people of the region paid for it with blood.

usa pwns iran if we tried, but that's more supremacy which costs a lot (world war type shit)

vietnam was where we made war "fair"; symmetrical warfare.

korea was a proxy war.
