Prediction : India to win in a close encounter because despite being a home ground for West Indies and lack of strength for India it should be a close game with India coming on top of it. West lack the mentality to win and no on wants to take responsibility.

This is really a stupid argument that West Indies player don't want to take responsibility. In T20, WI is more destructive and their playing style is better suit for this format. WI is having more benefit here and I doubt India will win today.

You could be right here. It seems that Russell is out due to injuries improving the chances for India currently which is why I also believe that this could be a close game. India possess bowlers like Bhuvi who can be destructive during their opening spells.

Cottrell could be the main problem for the Indian batsmen. Narine is out of form these days. The batsmen to look out for are Dhawan and Hetmyer in my opinion.

WI will be missing Rusell if he is out, he could put a great effort. I don't think Bhuvi will get much benefits there. However, it will be close and may be India will win. West Indies don't have the consistent.

It all comes down to how good his strike rate is and his overall ROI at the end of the day. There is no point thinking about a single win since anyone could have guessed this result(Formidable India vs West Indies).
