Not sure what you mean of a "professional way" to follow news, but with your example, if you want to be notified early about certain news, simply subscribe to newsletters on certain news sites that you trust more. That way, you get emailed the moment a certain article goes online.

But of course, make sure to verify the information before acting upon it.

i think you need to learn to observe, and what i have observed in the past are when there is news the first to act are the sure winners the next batch would be on the FOMO list  ;D
when there is an event hype happens before the event itself, when i coin is to be delisted it will hype before the delisting date.Correct me if im wrong. you now you can all have all the knowledge but observing is something you need to do as well.

If you're just interested in buying whatever is going to get listed into big exchanges, then the easiest way would be to follow exchanges on Twitter and also their Telegram. Usually, announcements are made a few days before the listing happens.

There are many top exchanges, you can see it on coin marketcap. Then choose some exchanges that you like, after that activate the news notification or subscribe to their email, usually when you register will be given this option. Follow all their social media by activating notifications in every news, I think this method is quite simple and easy to do.

This is what I do, but sometimes I read the news of some coins that will be listed on several exchanges. Then gives an alarm to remind you of the day when the initial trade was opened for that coin.

You should follow the official accounts of the altcoin you're following if that's quarkchain for you then search all of their social media accounts to get the latest update because when I looked up quarkchain's listing news their medium page is the top result then followed by Bithumb's announcement on their listing page..
Also, Bithumb announcing the listing isn't the big reason why the price went down today and if you look at several altcoins today they're also in the red.

Guess you want to be notified when a coin is about to be listed on an exchange?

I think there are few channels on Telegram and few notifier apps that do this.  You probably should search them on Google,  Telegram or app stores

There no such thing about professional way on how to know the news but rather the perfect thing to be done when you do need such information.

Usually when talking about listing on exchanger you can able to read it up on teams information because they do announce it to the community.
Join to their TG,FB,Discord and other mediums.

Even if you follow exchanges, then you are still too late because when a large exchange announces that it is going to list a certain coin, the coin pumps instantly. Buying in after the announcement is pure gambling because there have been enough coins that after their announcement pump kept doing down.

What you can do is look at the type of coins an exchange prefers to list, and then compile a list of potential listing candidates, and take a position in them beforehand. It's still somewhat gambling, but less so than blindly buying into a pump where you don't know what will happen afterwards. It's more of a calculated guess.

A hint is that some of the coins that will be listed, show increased price activity (i.e. insider traders taking positions) before the listing announcement.

To be more exact, OP wants how to know a coin will be listed on exchange before everyone found it/notified it too, so he can start to invest on those coin and get profit as soon as it listed on exchange.
