I submitted months ago, twice.  No payout.  As far as I am concerned it is a scam.

I submitted months ago, twice.  No payout.  As far as I am concerned it is a scam.  
It might be, I don't know.  The owner could easily assuage that fear by listing all the payout addresses and linking them to blockexplorer.com.  That being said, what number were you in line.  Two people have to deposit for every payout, so if it's at 80 deposits now, that means only the first 40 have been paid.  If you're number 50, you have to wait for 20 more deposits.

Deposit needed is now 0.001; there is no wallet address or transactions history to verify the transactions though

Because people are greedy + love to have fun and gamble

Why do you think casinos are making money when they are fixing the game for you to be losing long term
