I've done a fair bit of research on the nanometer range aluminum particles used in vaccines.  The science is clear.  They are taken up by macrophages which move through the lymphatic system and do cross the blood-brain barrier when they feel like it.  They 'feel like it' when they sense inflammation.  The end result is that these particles do somehow end up in the brain cells.  Mostly glial cells, but also neurons.

Is a brain containing a lot of cells with amorphous aluminum hydrophosphate sulfate adjuvant (AAHSA) more sensitive to electromagnetic radiation?  I've not yet been able to find any studies on this, but it seems like a rational hypothesis and, in fact, quite likely.

What people need to understand about the 5G network and more generally the 'connected' world is that effects can and will be provoked on an individual level.  To a degree this is happening already with targeted ads and what-not.  So, everyone might breath in the same (proposed) nano-aluminum dust and end up with it enclosed in cells within the body, but only specifically targeted people will be exposed to the electromagnetic effects that they 'need' on a per-person basis.  (And it could well be that the 'chosen people' need different protocols than the goyim...depends on who runs the system.)

It is also the case that individuals who know a little bit of science and are able to do some research can discover various means of damping down the effects of certain of the environmental insults.  For now one can usually skip vaccinations (though the medical system usually has an hour alone with babies right after they are born and they make the most of this 'face time.')  Also simple mineral water containing silica can cause the excretion of aluminum at a faster rate.

Some of these tricks can work, but probably only for a while.  The 'arms race' between those who seek to gain control of the flock and individuals in the flock who seek to escape will continue.  The good news is that those who design these systems do leave back-doors for themselves and their families.  An important skill going forward will be one of staying on top of the science and finding these back-doors early.

To be fair, although ritual genital mutilation is almost universal for Jews, doing it in the manner described is relatively uncommon today.  Hasidic Jews like the Yael (formerly named Ivanka) and Jared Kushner tend to engage in the practice, and a bunch of other bizzaro shit, but most do not.

It is supposed to be the case that Israel leads the world in Viagra use.  I have to wonder if having one's genitals mutilated is contributing to this phenomenon.  It's supposed to result in the head of one's dick ending up with thicker skin and less sensitivity.  One could imagine that those unfortunate enough to have been genitally mutilated might end up with a variety of sexual dysfunctions and prefer alternate forms of sex.  I've heard that butt-fucking used to be referred to as 'Jewish sex', but I don't remember being impressed by the quality of the reference.
