I can tell you some example but it looks like the STO is failed to attract the crypto investors and you can see some STO like bitbond, desico and many more STO failed to reach the softcap but the different case with desico because it was getting a lot of accusations.

I mean, I have never heard about this project and it would make more sense to get exchange marketing, instead of collecting funds on their own and ending up with nothing.
