To OP if you can offer free or cheaper fee for the meantime to gain trust from client and to have a Folio would be much better,but ofcourse it’s your prerogative

Yes, I don't have any portfolio here, however, I have a reputed upwork account, although I don't want to mention that here because of the privacy.

I will take a minimum incentive to have started my first campaign. I guess it's too hard to get a project for a newbie like me.
