I created a standard wallet, but did not know that it was view-only. In the application on the computer, the "wallet - seed" button is not active. I did it on my phone in mobile app "Electrum". I have had seed, master key and private key in file .json. And i can see my funds in it.

So you created the wallet in the Electrum's mobile app and are trying to import in the PC version?You will need your backup seed which is 12 words long. Do you have it? With the 12 words you can just import your funds to another wallet It may be a bug or some incompatibility with the phone app. Download on desktop, from Electrum.org Then click"existing wallet" "I have seed phrase" Your funds will be there. But since you have your seed words and private keys, that should not be a problem.
