You will only get bottomfeeder pajeets with such an offer. If you are only going to give out some shittokens as payment to the manager then you might as well suffice with the managers who are no less than beggars in this forum.

If you want a professionally conducted bounty you have to pay in bitcoins. There are several managers who have the top class reputation here and would be willing to help you out if you set your payment in bitcoin. Otherwise it just the third grade managers whom you can find spamming your PM right this very moment.

All profits will be shared between investors? So where does the company generate its operating balance from? Don't tell me you think your ICO funds will sustain the project forever?

Also, anybody who accepts token payments for such an intensive job is a complete fool. There are plenty of jobs that will pay you real money (or at least proper crypto), and provide great progression potential.

I though at first he do looks for manager for ICO bounty but when I read up again he do pertain about manager of ICO itself which same as you said that this one is really a very intensive job and there would be no person or manager would just accept shitcoins for the job he had done.We know that these coins doesn't have significant value and whose fool will accept that?
