My guess is he's looking for people to help him create accounts with the help of the locals. These accounts can be later resold, or used by himself. If it's just about IP ban or restriction, he can just use VPN to bypass those and just gambling in sportsbook that are popular in the forum without any requirement of KYC. If this job requires some KYC, then maybe it could be risky if somebody will use your account after you created it. And if there's a problem with an account it'd be good to be able to reach the person who went through the KYC.
