Hi, finding virtual prepaid debit card or gift card with balance.
Can u advice me please?

If you're referring to the crypto virtual card which you can get from Bitpay, shift, wirex, cryptopay and I heard Nexo has also launched there own virtual card either but you need to be more specific with your question for you to get an adequate answer.

Maybe check at AdvCash (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1011381). They just started issuing cards again (at least in Europe) and they used to have virtual cards too.
Unfortunately for you, there aren't many providers for crypto virtual cards. And the non-crypto ones are not really advertised here, so I don't know.

PS. I guess that you know that you'll have to provide KYC documents, even if it's Virtual card.

There are many platforms that provide virtual prepaid debit card services, I myself have several prepaid cards from Payooner, Wirex, Entropay, Netteler. I have used these platforms to trade and shop in ecommerce. So far there are no problems, it's just that some platforms have different costs.

There's also several vendors on Paxful that sell prepaid OneVanilla giftcards that are purchased with cash that you could check out. Don't buy the ones with abnormally good rates because they're obtained through phishing and these cards will likely be charged back by the issuer a while after you use them. I've bought several of these prepaid cards in the past few months and they work perfectly, accepted essentially anywhere Visa and MasterCards are accepted.
