Bitcoin users especially big holders means business and will not simply join the telegram group. If you need people to join your group you must present some documents such as your identity as proof of your sincerity. People does not trust simply out of whim, especially bitcoin holders. Security is a very important to bitcoin holders and thus there are many things to consider before inviting. I hope this helps.
