Is CHANGELLY SCAM EXCHANGE?

Lately we are seeing so many complains against them so it is highly recommended that not to use them. Have a search in the scam accusations board you will find a lot of them.

A lot of people are still using the exchange, and that includes services and wallet providers. My suggestion would be to only use them if you're not trading large amounts and also willing to provide your ID documents if asked to.

No, they are not totally scam, but selective scamming. Have you tried to use their services already? You might have different experience than from the users on the mentioned thread above, but I suggest not using them, and find some alternatives such coinbase and shapeshift.

If you use multi-asset wallets like coinomi, they've integrated service to exchange directly through their wallet and changelly is one exchange that they've added to their wallet.

And I think many coinomi users are exchanging directly with changelly. But it doesn't mean that you should use them too if many are using them. There are many complains about the exchange and given with the links above, you should check those accusations before proceeding. I'd like to suggest too to find some other exchange if you feel uncomfortable using them.

I started a thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5148332) in the Scam Accusation section not too long ago about a problem I had with them.  It's worth noting that after I did so, Changelly resolved my problem, more or less.  I'd sent an extra 10k sat because I thought I hadn't sent enough the first time, but they never refunded that.

I don't think they're a scam exchange, and I've used them multiple times over the past couple of years with no problems whatsoever.  But like a lot of other exchanges, they've got their share of problems and complaints--that's going to happen even with the best of them, unfortunately.  I haven't used Changelly since I had the above issue, and I don't plan to, but it's not because I think they'd scam me.  They just don't have any coins I'm interested in, and I don't do a lot of trading anyway.

Or it could just be crappy customer service, kind of like the big problem with Yobit.  Also, I think a lot of members who complain about exchanges never follow up and say whether their issue was resolved or not.  Anyway, I think Changelly is a legit exchange overall. 

When shapeshift already shift to kyc path,I decide to use up Changelly and i can say that they arent scam.Just used them recently and i didnt face any issues but
there were some number of complaints against them so i would say that use them on your own risk and about selective scamming im not pretty sure with that though or cant make any comment yet i havent experienced problems.
