The only thing that I know there was a giveaway from blockchain wallet, if you are passing the KYC process you would get 25 USD in Stellar. I also have an account on Binance Jersey but never got any bonus. in the beginning there was a bonus of 20 euro at binance jersey. i got it ;) now €10 ;) you're right. blockchain also gave XLM for free.
