Contact the place you bought it from and get a refund. Once you have the refund buy a server grade psu. Much more durable and better than those cheap "mining" psus that look like atx ones but built from cheaper components.

Agree with gt_addict so the only solution is to replace the PSU or contact the support to replace the PSU with working one since you bought it from Aladdin miners they should replace it with working one or get a refund.

You can contact them with this email: info@ald.top or go directly here http://www.ald.top/english/news/support.html

Oh bad... I noticed this from their terms
Code:
● Returns
Due to the special nature of products, once sold, do not accept refund, return.

So you can't get a refund but you can return it to them to repair.
Code:
● Machine warranty
The warranty period of the machine is 180 days. During the warranty period, if there is any problem with the machine, we will repair it free of charge.

Wondering a few things. How long have you had the miner? Did that miner and that PSU ever work? What's the make and model of the PSU I can't tell anything about it.

Did you try checking all of the 6-pin connectors to see if they are all providing 12V? Not sure if that could be a problem as it looks like the controlboard fires up. Can you access the miner logs and see if there are any errors reporting?

I had never heard of this gear, it looks like off brand S9's or something. Worst case try working it out with the manufacturer, not sure what they are like to deal with.
