Here's a thread related to the website Sesterce / Bitech (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5154455.0)
And here's their ann thread [ANN] - ONE OF THE BEST WORLDWIDE MINING OFFER - SESTERCE MINING (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5106790.0) ann was trashed btw.

Like everyone is suggesting when buying miner hardwares, always buy from the main source or if you find someone selling, always make sure you're safety first not just you will buy for a do or die decision.

Now, there's a less chance that you will get your refund, and by accepting the conversion of your miner to their cloud mining service will be a loss.

I did a test order first and it was delivered so unfortunately I trusted them with more.
That's unfortunate. Serve this as a lesson to avoid the same mistakes in the future.
Hope you resolve this one.

They seem to be a selective scammer, but as long as you got a device you can track the company and legal follow up due to late delivery or scam attempted.
Generally, mining equipment is not considered to be an illegal device, but like other equipment, you can order using PayPal or any authorized broker.

BEWARE!!!!! This Company is very shady!

We placed a total of 4 separate orders in May for a handful of new Bitmain devices, only one was fulfilled (they delivered a used and incorrect model). The others have yet to arrive and they have been trying to convert our order to their cloud mining services instead (NO THANKS!). Their support team does not respond to our emails demanding for a refund. They have an army of fake accounts reviewing their services and flooding threads where people are demanding support.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SESTERCE MINING!

For SEO purposes:
Fraud, Scam, ASIC, +33 971 081 088, mining@sesterce.com, Bitech Mining

Sesterce Team:
Youssef El Manssouri, Anthony Tchakerian, Pierre Rusovan, Kenza Hemmara, Guillaume Girard, Victorien Bourdon, Julie Rey, Eric Ziouane

Good day sir, I am sincerely sorry for the poor experience you have had with us, I have reached out to you privately to get your detailed version of events, in order for us to do you right. I take this opportunity to apologise for the lack of response on our supports' part, the necessary measures have been taken in order for this issue to be resolved.

This is not the first time i have seen a complaint about Bitech... They are very shady and worst of it they keep bringing up excuse after excuse. Totally unproffesional.
There was a thread which was filled with complaints about them but it seems to have been deleted. I am an able to locate it.

I wanted to tag them basing on that thread because complaints were rife a few months back.

I didn't bought anything from them just contacted them regarding issue in my Antminer T17. I don't know why they helped me since I was not there customer. My problem was not solved but I was stunned by their support as their support team member called me and tried to fix the problem. I am talking about sesterce (https://cloud.sesterce.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1)

If their customer support is very efficient then why were so many individuals complaining so much about delays in deliveries, No prior communication from support?
Personally i would avoid a service that puts their customers through a lot of pain after paying them money.

Your perspective is very right, I second that. See if they are that bad, issue of user who started this thread wont be resolved. Only truth prevails. SESTERCE will survive only if they are not fake, as you cant fool all the people all the time.

Interesting posts in favor and against this company. We need to be sure that posts are from genuine customers only and not from another competitor that's trying to bring other one down.

Here is another one about sesterce. Why people place huge orders straight away to a company they do not ascertain? If you have many pieces of miners to order why not breaking it in chunks and order one after other. It's a huge mistake to place all your products in one basket.
Correct me if I am wrong!
