Also, I don't think services like Coinbase, Binance (for example) will going to fill your adding form. They don't need it. So, you are going to be dedicated to the small and less known project I guess.

No one will visit a site with an empty content so be aggressive finding some on your own rather than wait for others to ask for the listing. Give them a reason to visit your site. And besides, even it's free, I doubt a project owner will be interested since the site doesn't even have a good visitor stats that's why you are the one who needs to talk to them and ask their permission if they want to be listed on your site for FREE.
