Title: FORTUNEJACK Multi-Accounting Warning -> Scam Accusation
Post by: florestan on August 27, 2019, 04:35:46 PM
What happened::

These scammers "honestly" told me that they stole my money and I have account blocked but without any proof! All for 60 euros BTC
Email received:

As this is in direct and explicit conflict with FortuneJack's Terms & Conditions, any winnings garnered during illegitimate website use shall be void.

Any subsequent Games or Services that you participate in with funds obtained from illegitimate website use shall also be void.

For only 60 Euro BTC, I do not think a huge site like FortuneJack will try to create any problem for them. Have you requested more information or any kind of proof that can prove that you have multi account?

There could be this possibility - may be someone else had access of your identification documents and used them before you?

Requested but they say, I can only cashout the money deposited around 15 euro without even a proof that I would have done anything wrong

Hi ____,

FortuneJack strictly enforces its policy of not allowing multiple accounts, and your account has been found to be associated with at least one additional account, which could be considered illegitimate use of our website.

In direct accordance with our Terms & Conditions, winnings obtained by a player found to have multiple accounts are considered illegitimately obtained and will not be credited to the player's account and/or voided. This applies to any additional Games or Services that you participate in with funds obtained from illegitimate website use.

You can only withdraw your deposit amount, after that your account will be restricted.

If anyone can tell me where the proof is and even if you go wrong with something it gives you the deposit back:)
a bad joke, they blocked because I won pretty quickly from 2 bets

Hi ____,

Due to the decision of the corresponding department, your account has been disabled.
As our Terms & Conditions state, we can not allow multiple accounts.
The decision is final and will not be changed.

Hello FortuneJack I want a proof and an answer, you stole my money

How many accounts you have on FortuneJack? Did you register more than one?

While the OP did not mention it yet but since he is resisting, I would say possibly it's the one he has. However I think FJ needs to give him an explanation and any deposit that was made should sent back to where it came from if OP really have multi accounts. This is the logical solution I can think of.

Correct and well punctuated, I'm still waiting for the proof in the mail!
No matter what the answer is, I will post here for those who make or they will make transactions with this site

I don't want to guess anything. You need to tell us all the things about your problem, then we can know who is right. I remember some users complain to other casinos but t the end, he is breaking a rule about the allowed number of accounts.

there is a rule from FortuneJack

Quote
2.5. You are allowed to register only one Account. Registering and operating multiple Accounts (more than one) is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to qualify the account(s) registered on anyone from Your family, household, relative, friend or otherwise connected person to be Your another Account and, thus, decide that You have multiple Accounts. In case of multiple Accounting, We reserve the right to immediately block and terminate all such Accounts and confiscate all monetary funds available on such Accounts.

Unfortunately there is not much to say, they blocked the account and stole the money for no reason, without any proof!
I sent an email link with my post from here, I think if they had something to say and they were innocent they somehow intervened

after 20 hours they respond to me with this email:

Dear ___,

Your case is forwarded to relevant department and regarding it we will reach you back via email, please wait for our reply.

They still don't know exactly why the account was blocked, shame

Have you ever used the website/logged in using VPN or Tor?
No, I did not use it tor or vpn! They want me to deposit again to withdraw 0.004

If this is not simply a scam and a bad joke then what is it?

Hi ___

FortuneJack strictly enforces its policy of not allowing multiple accounts, and your account has been found to be associated with at least one additional account, which could be considered illegitimate use of our website.

In direct accordance with our Terms & Conditions, winnings obtained by a player found to have multiple accounts are considered illegitimately obtained and will not be credited to the player's account and/or voided. This applies to any additional Games or Services that you participate in with funds obtained from illegitimate website use.

You can only withdraw your deposit amount.
As you deposit was 0.00142206 BTC and it is under min withdrawal requirements you can refill Balance to have 0.004 BTC and withdraw it.
After that your account will be restricted.

FortuneJack I am still waiting for proof that my account is involved in multiple accounts or something, almost 48 hours have passed

"has been found to be associated with at least one additional account"
You repeat this phrase like a robot, show proof, with what account? That is not enough, you have to explain why you stole my money

This is a clear answer. Nice

You still not answer, did you have more than one account there. I'm not sure if you told us all the details from this case. FJ will allow you to withdraw your deposit (0.00142206 BTC) I guess 60 euros is the profit that you made there. Is it this profit from playing games or from free coins in faucet/rains?
Think again, did you do any fraud activity using more than one account? Like Royse777 says I don't think that they will compromise the business because of 60 Eur.

60 euro is a profit from 2 bets with money deposited, without freebet or other bonus money!!! I have only one account, I can make KYC to prove my identity but I was not asked to do so untill a clear answer are only scammer and thieves!
Why they don't show me a proof? They repeat the same phrase as robots without any concrete proof, if I lost the bet money there were no more multi accounts
Those who want to give lessons must refrain, I have one account, one ip, a single device

I see FJ has offered you to deposit and then withdraw the balance.

Quote

And this seems very the logical solution for me. I will suggest you to do it, then withdraw the money and forget about FJ in the future.

Assume you are telling the truth, in this case FJ defiantly making a mistake or indeed someone else used your IP or whatever the connection is with you - exists.

Providing a proof of how they detected the Multi account would be nice.

Side note: If you have not provided a link of this topic yet then I would suggest to give them the link of this discussion. It would be nice for them to see what's going on in this community about this issue.

it's really weird , FJ are really strict when it comes to their sportsbook but I'm still failing to see why they will bother with such small amount

they didn't mention the other account right ? I had a similar case in the past but FJ did mention the other account and after 2 or 3 days of investigating after I sent the info all was good

They don't need to present anything to you, read the ToS. You need to resolve this with them yourself, this isn't a valid scam accusation.

Unfortunately, we've seen evidence of having multiple accounts on FortuneJack. Additionally, both of the positions have been made via FREE bets (not with actual deposit).

Despite the fact of breaking terms and conditions, we still give you a chance of making the withdrawal in case reaching the minimum rate.

If you still have any questions, please message us back and we will try to get back to you anytime soon.  ;)

Nice to see you here, not so nice to see you lie in public! The 2 bets were placed from the money deposited, the freebet granted was lost!!!
I think you are not well informed
As I said in the email I want the whole balance, if you have any proof of involvement with any account please make it public here and I do not need any money

You can only withdraw your deposit amount.
As you deposit was 0.00142206 BTC and it is under min withdrawal requirements you can refill Balance to have 0.004 BTC and withdraw it.
After that your account will be restricted.

What's more you need ? Even if you have multiple accounts at Fortune Jack, they are still willing to return your deposit amount. Any other site would have fortified your balance also in case of any violation.
If you think that you will deposit 0.004 and FJ will scam it, just believe me it will not happen. I have been using FJ and I know they are credible. You can even share your screen of FJ which shows that you have deposited 0.004 BTC.

Get your deposit back and leave. That's all I can say to you.

You also make an accusation without valid proof. You come here with a new account without any history and accuse FJ which has been present here for a long time. In this case, it's hard to believe in your words rather than their. He gives you options to withdraw your initial deposit, so you will not be at a loss. it is fair. He doesn't want you on his casino, withdraw your money and forget about FJ.

p.s. It's not allowed to bump a thread more than once per 24h. if your post is the last one, just edit it.

I have presented all the data needed at the post creation so I want an explanation
Instead of encouraging users to claim their winnings you come and take defense of these scammers, what can i say, good luck if you're paid to post

If you get a similar response from fortunejack and if they found that you used multi accounts to gain airdrops and abuse their faucets then it is highly unlikely you will get the funds and that includes if you used a VPN or TOR. You can contact their support team and if you did not participate in abusing the system then you will get it resolved if not there is no point in playing the victim.
