Title: LoyceV broke Bitcointalk - error on "recent" page
Post by: suchmoon on August 29, 2019, 01:55:53 AM
I mean he must have, what with scraping all kinds of stuff and now action=recent is giving random error codes :)

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=recent

And i got different error code number which is Error #310159122 (looks like random number to me)

But it's not only LoyceV, there are few other project which scrape Bitcointalk.org page such as BPIP

Yeah I know, I'm scraping it too, that's how I noticed the error. Gotta blame someone else though :)

The error code is different on every refresh.

Woohoo, it's working again. After LoyceV responded. Coincidence? I don't think so.

I tried to give you a negative merit for being a bad boy, but it seems to have resulted in a pair of positives. :)

Well, since the issue resolved itself just as mysteriously as it appeared - locking the thread.
