I was thinking now that ASIC's are coming out for scrypt instead of making ASIC resistant coins why not just lower the memory requirements for scrypt coins so that the hash/wat catches up with ASICs... that way GPU's will still be in the game right. For example, lower memory requirements so that a 7950 can pull 2000kh/s. At least this way the efficiency gap could be close to an asic miner Title: Re: Scrypt ASIC take over coming soon!
