Title: List of scammers who attack theymos
Post by: hd49728 on August 30, 2019, 11:28:12 PM
Began from @humanrightsfoundation, whom are scammer. He/she started a thread for a proven scam foundation, that was deleted all OP contents days ago.
Now, that account has negative trust, and active flag: humanrightsfoundation (http://) (Archive (http://archive.fo/wImCv))
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5179402.0 (created that threat to self-defend not a scammer). Archive (http://archive.fo/zo8MB)

Hours ago, owner of that account, I guess, began to attack admin with more brandnew/ newbie accounts. Here is list of them, please permanent ban or nuke them all.

They tend to create account and threads in Meta and Reputation boards to do their attacks, so if you see them, please leave their usernames and archive their threads here. Thanks.

Still useless IMO, he/she can still create a new account to attack anyone he wants to.

I don’t believe you will get banned  for scamming, nor will you for attacking theymos. Nor should you be, everyone in positions of power should be open to criticism, especially if you are trying to promote freedoms as theymos is. This is also bitcointalk, a place for discussion, and scamming should not mean you cannot discuss bitcoin; scamming means other people should not trade with you until you resolve your scam.

That'd be kinda stupid TBH.

I own Bitcoin scammer (http://bitcoinscammer.com/) - does anyone want to put an anti-scam site on it?

I do want it, Jet Cash.
There are some famous bitcoin scammers in forum. I remembered someone already made a list of those guys with old trust system (will find it and give you later). List those guys in your site is helpful for crypto newbies, who have not yet known about those guys, and might be trapped by those guys, or buy someone else use the same scamming methods.

I visited your site, and saw you wrote some words about phising: "How to avoid phishing scams"
What do you think if I suggest to add helpful guides to avoid phising scams?

That's just a simple page that I put together as a name marker. If you wanted to create a scammer information site, then you would probably need to use drupal or SMF to build the site. I'd be happy to provide the domain name, hosting and pay any software licence fees. I'd prbably use Direct Admin though, as cPanel is being a bit silly with it's fees. Hosting would probably be in Dallas, so the site would need to be US legal.

I probably won't have time to do any research or posting, but it would probably be better if two or three of the more knowledgeable members here handled that. The aim of the site should be to improve the name and reputation of Bitcoin, help people to avoid scams, frauds and thieves, and to encourage those with an interest in crypto to join Bitcoin Talk.

If you get a couple of people on this then it might be interesting to have a voting system or a different page for newly discovered scams. They always change so they harder to find.

I think a couple of sections might be helpful like a social engineering section and a malware section too... I don't know how you'd do it with smf but if there's a system where up votes can be used then that'd be good or if you can change how things are stikied in smf so more important stuff appear but moderately important stuff don't disappear to page 2 (this could be handled with a stikied contents page though I guess)...

If one of you two could open a self moderated thread in project development or investigations then thst would be helpful. We'd need a vetting process for users added to the site so that they can't just delete everything or spread false information (on fit to talk this was handled with a 30 minute grace period and one or two moderators though) ...

I fixed my typo. The context of the thread and of the rest of my post was “banned”

More categories means more workload on the moderators we haven't got enough moderators at the moment to cover the forum let alone adding new sub forums which would definitely cause confusion for the members of the forum. I would be interested in a thread which listed all the scammers confirmed and accusations but that sounds like an impossible task considering the amount that gets posted on a daily basis.

AFAIK, humanrightsfoundation was banned not because he was a scammer or attacked Theymos. I have seen a few people here attack Theymos before and i haven't seen them get banned.
humanrightsfoundation went overboard and even started making threats that portray actual violence. Yes this is Bitcointalk but obviously this  community does not condone violence and threats.

There is a thread in the investigations board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5179710.0
A few quotes of posts he had made prior to getting banned are in the thread and can give a clear picture of what kind of person humanrightsfoundation is.

I still wonder if he is a human or super-intelligent being from another dimension of space and time...

PS
He is not a classical scammer for sure,
but it all started with him asking for Bitcoin donations for his 'shady rights foundations' and 'academy'

When we asked him few simple questions he went nuts with kill threats.
Then he offered 'help' to 'fix, secure and upgrade' Bitcointalk forum software...   ::)

Correct.  That was a clear breach of the rules.  And now that all the other associated accounts are effectively ban-evading, they can be wiped out too.
