Send a PM to this user and explain your problem: TheQuin (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=143168)

It is possible that your account got hacked. Did you have 2FA/Google Authenticator enabled?

If you didn't have 2FA enabled than your account is probably hacked. Did you use your passport in somewhere else? Was it easy like 123456? Either way, you balance is already gone probably.

Well, be specified by your reply which what means by "no", the user above was trying to help you here. That means you did not enable 2FA/Google Authenticator or you did not get hacked. Well, I suspected that you might be hacked or the team suspended your account because they found something against the rules(abusing faucet or something offendable.)

The only reasons someone would not get the password change email is either it is getting filtered by their email provider (spam folder or not delivered) or the account has been banned for multi-accounting abuse. I obviously can't tell which of those it is in the case as they haven't told me either the user ID or email of the account.

That is just another way of telling you that you should look into your spam folder. email providers usually dont classify mails from senders who are in your address book as spam.
If the email is not there get in contact with @TheQuin. I am sure he will help you.

Then maybe the reason for the suspension is multi-account abuse as what @TheQuin pointed out, only you knows that.

Are you using Gmail? Because there's no visible option to add contacts via button or texts there (just through already received emails).

If you were, just Click "Compose", type "noreply@freebitco.in" in the "Recipient" address box;
then click it and there will be an "add to contacts" button in the window that will pop-up.

Or directly go to https://contacts.google.com/ and make a new contact for freebitco.in using that email.

Hello,
I stumbled across this topic here because I got a similar Problem with my account.
The problem is that I don`t really know if I put an 2FA in it or not. But when I´m trying to logg in I get the same messages as kamyabweb.
Is there still the option to write an DM to ''TheQuin''?

Thanks for your time Max

Definitely, he's ready to help. If you're unable to retrieve your 2FA for whatever reason, you might be to required to sign a message from your Bitcoin wallet.

First, post your question on the official thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=320959.new#new) or shoot him a message here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=143168)

Also, sometimes 2FA issues could be caused by incorrect time synchronization with Google servers.

I doubt TheQuin has enable the pm send from newbie rank. As theymos make it default to not receive any pm from newbie unless we re-enable it.

@Max, try to remember your password since you aren't sure you have activated 2FA or not before

Oh, I didnt know about that. Then the best bet is to post on the thread itself.

I did enable it the moment theymos changed it.
