The owner of the legendary account is interested in its price on the forum. From the post it is not clear what he wants, to purchase an account or sell his own.

The account owner very often changes passwords.

I didn't find a direct conversation @fruit with buyers and sellers,
This case does not suffice valid evidence, whether or not sold.

Evidence is very necessary to suspect the account is sold or not, maybe you have to accompany evidence that can be verified in this case.

For example valid accounts on sale and conversation.
Evidence:

When viewed from Bpip, indeed @fruit account changed several passwords, but that is not yet a proof of sale / purchase.
Maybe there was a mistake or hacked. Etc.

You should look for evidence that is slightly valid to be verified in the future the account is sold or not.

The user received negative feedback only for interest.

Several users from DT found a violation in fruit post and left reviews.

Probably a hacked account? No Legendary user is dumb enough to ask how much the value of Legendary accounts on the account they intend to sell, mostly they post the availability and estimates on a dummy newbie account to make the main account clean from being painted red. Other circumstances such as the password being changed often and waking up almost a year after his last known activity (September 21, 2018) only to ask the price of Legendary accounts are only show that this account is already handled by another person.

I don't know about that.  You would think that someone who's been on the forum for years would know better, but it kind of depends on how often they've read threads in Meta and have seen accounts getting tagged for this crap.  It's possible (though unlikely IMO) that a genuine Legendary member wouldn't know account sales are frowned upon.

In any case, I stopped tagging accounts merely for showing interest a long time ago, and I wouldn't tag this guy just for asking about how much his account is worth.  If I saw an offer on his part to actually sell it, I would certainly give him a neg.  And yeah, there is a chance that it's an account that's already changed hands more than once.  If anyone sees him posting offers or anything like that, drop me a PM and I'll look into it.

The user has "~DefaultTrust (Trust - is fraud.)" in their signature so must know about Meta and trust ratings and stuff.

The Russian branch is now in crisis.
A lot of users who violated the rules were banned. But among them were users who wrote useful posts.
Recent events, in addition to benefit, also brought a lot of negativity to the Russian board.

If we analyze the writing style of the text, we will come to the conclusion that this is the same user. This user even knows how to block his account. And he did it.

Фoкyc-пoкyc caмoбaн.

He blocked himself using the password recovery function using a passphrase.
The administrator wrote about this here.

Here are the last words of this user in which he wrote the reason.

A-xax, кaк низкo вы пaли.
Идиoты! (вoпpoc внимaтeльнo читaйтe).
Я yжe дaвнo yшёл c фopyмa и нe coбиpaюcь вoзвpaщaтьcя (cгнилo yжe вcё, вы лeчитe тpyп).
Читaйтe мoю пoдпиcь.
Eдинcтвeннoe, зaчeм cюдa мoжнo инoгдa пpиxoдить, этo пoчитaть нeкoтopыe пocты yжe дaвнo минyвшиx днeй и эпитaфии нa мoгилкax.

Xal0lex, a вoт oт тeбя нe oжидaл.
Tы жe вpoдe идиoтoм никoгдa нe был?
Tы жe нe aдмин, чтoбы гeoлoкaцию видeть (и этo, oкaзывaeтcя oчeнь пpaвильнo!).
Ecли бopeшьcя c пpoдaвaнaми aккoв, тo пoмoжeт тoлькo бaн (пpими нa зaмeткy, xoтя, мнe бeзpaзличнo).

Пpo пapoль, дaжe кoммeнтиpoвaть нe бyдy =))

Tpacт в oтвeткy кpacить нe бyдy:
1. Читaйтe мoю пoдпиcь.
2. Злo пopoждaeт злo (Tвopитe yжe дoбpo).

These are the events that take place in our Russian board.

violation of the rules was long before the hacking of the account
