How can't it be an ERC20 token if you have it in your ERC20 (Ethereum-) wallet? :D
You can't hold tokens of other blockchains in such a wallet.

This is the contract address of Thorenext: 0xf08c68bd5f4194d994fd70726746bf529ee5a617 (see https://etherscan.io/address/0xf08c68bd5f4194d994fd70726746bf529ee5a617)

Yes it's real although it isn't the Thorenext token based on the ethereum blockchain that's trading at $10 +/- instead it's that of the wave platform. Thorenext has two type of tokens, one which is ERC20 (which you have) trading around $0.034 and other token based on the wave platform trading around $10.

PS: you can't trade Erc20 tokens for price of Wave tokens, doing so, would end you up with losing your coins as the exchange won't recognize your deposit.
Thorenext Waves tokens are tradable on: https://crex24.com/exchange/THX-BTC meanwhile Thorenext ERC20 tokens are tradable on https://mercatox.com/exchange/THX/BTC and https://mercatox.com/exchange/THX/ETH
