What is the difference exactly between the COA for this one and the 2FA ones? I cannot recall ever seeing a COA for a 2FA one

You'd be surprised.  Accounts also get hacked.  Recently I sent 0.03 to someone with way more reputation and turns out he exit scammed a bunch of us for small amounts right around the same time. 

People can be shitty sometimes.  I put nothing past anyone. 

Agree....Escrow the way to go with anyone.  Accounts can be hacked.

I have dealt with this seller in the past as my feedback can attest...and he came thru every time.

  Even if they are not hacked....what if someone passes away. Then what? That's also another good reason for escrow. Shit happens..protect yourself and always look at the worst case scenario.

  I have had deals without escrow...and no matter what...your mind is always worried since you have sent the btc. Better safe than sorry IMO.

Valid point, but I've always wondered what happens to the funds when something happens to the escrow?
As he might be the only one that has access to it.

   That is a valid question that needs a valid answer.

   In that event the estate of the deceased would need to dispense the escrow money to the rightful btc addy.
   That is why I write all transactions down and if need be what needs to be done in case I do pass away in my special btc book.
    I also have someone I designated who is familiar with BTC to take over my collection and btc affairs in the event of anything happening.

Best way of escrow is multisig wallet with 3 signatures out of 5. Even if two passes away, 3 is good to broadcast.
5 members from DT could control signatures.

3 signatures to broadcast tx.
Bullet proof escrow service would be. No chance to lose, steal and etc.

I sent him(iluvbitcoins) a message on telegram for ya and asked him to check this thread out. When I have dealt with him, sometimes he takes a day or 2 to respond. Hopefully he comes in here and sends ya a message soon, good luck.
