I have an ongoing dispute with someone in Canada and I am unable to get in touch with them. I have phone numbers, work details, addresses, family members' information. I will post all these details later on today. I am willing to offer 0.2 BTC who helps me track down the person, I prefer someone living in Canada. What exactly are you looking for: someone who gets him on the phone, or someone who delivers him to your doorstep? $1900 sounds like an aweful lot of money if you know his address already. Just an idea: have you tried sending him a letter? I would suggest you to talk to an escrow and update this thread with the information of the escrow. You are a newbie (account), no one is going to take you seriously unless you do things properly. And talking to an escrow in advance is the first step in my opinion.You also need to be very specific in your terms. Specify that you want the hunter to do xyz task for you. I will be sending them letter through a lawyer tomorrow (Monday), and the kind of money I have quoted, it is because of kind of money involved.
