Can RTX 2070 and RTX 2060 super be ran inside one RIG?!

yes. there is no hardware problem at all ... i have seen many miners screen with different gpus that were mining in the same miner....

you should be ok

The driver is almost the same so you should have no problem.Take advantage of the Gddr6 memory of these cards and mine ethereum because it is a memory dependent algorithm so it is one of the best algorithms to mine.Also try Grin as it is another great algo to mine with Nvidias.

Search the term SLI and you should find your answer as well as the actual steps you need to take in order to make this idea a reality.
He won't be needing an SLI Bridge for mining, those are only required for multi-GPU Gaming PC (for graphics).
All he need is a mining software that supports both GPU models and each GPU will mine independently.

Not to mention, RTX2060 doesn't support SLI, it's only available for RTX2080/ti :-X
