Mining protocol is Proof-of-Work.
The average time of each block varies depending on the load on the network, the number of transactions in the block.
The minimum block time is 1 second, but there may be long blocks, so the average time can be considered 15 seconds.

Are we still dealing with a BTC fork or this has taken on a whole new life of its own? A simple comparison table between Aigar and Bitwhite would go a long way in shedding more light on the issue. Should we also be expecting an updated WP?

You are not given us the answer when the swap will take place.

This is the same project without team, without working blockchain, platform and any idea except selling as many coins to people as possible making false promises, visibility of activities and creating the hype.

Not a single completed roadmap item during two years  :) It is worth noting that there were two roadmaps.

Just a few points that I could find in a couple minutes considering that everything is already deleted and old website is not working:

Sidechain and DAPP store - NO;
Decentralization of the network, the launch of delegates - NO;
Simple IOS wallet - NO;
WhitePay: payment merchant system - NO;

Clustering the work of the entire network - NO;
Horizontal scalability, that will increase the speed of transactions - NO;
Improve self-regulation system - NO;
PHOTON - NO;
Separate project that will take part in the BitWhite ecosystem in the future - NO;

Sale of many millions of BTW in exchanges - YES.

Do not forget about stolen whitepaper, word by word (Asch).
Do not forget about IBOE  - freak circus, no more.

I can go on but that doesn't make sense  :)

Now is the time for 3rd roadmap and swap, but I won’t be surprised that this is another trick to sell part of the coins, because most of the people has already left the project,

Bitcoinwhite or Bitwhite or whatever appellation it goes by was NEVER a Bitcoin fork. The team chose that name tag from the onset to make it easy for it to win the people's emotion. Look at the supply, it's over 60million.

BTW, I don't know why the intended swap isn't going to be automatic. A lot of Bitwhite baghodlers will lose their coins for this. I smell something wrong here.

The latest news for all BitWhite (BTW) coin holders. BTW developers have launched a new Aigar coin (AGR), which is the logical continuation of the BTW coin. According to the decision of the developers, BTW are swaped for AGR in the ratio of 60 BTW = 1 AGR.

If you not getting answer from bitcointalk, you can visit their telegram group. But not sure they will be giving you response or not. Because any question about swap answered by bot. I think if you just getting BTW from airdrop, better to forget it. But if you get by buying on exchange, some exchange will support swap this coin.

No it's not from Airdrop, I bought it from exchange when the first day btw was listed on exchange, then i put it on web wallet, suddenly btw web wallet is now not accessible.

Swap is temporarily stopped. It will probably be continued after the optimization of the Aigar network.

So this means that the deadline of the swap will be increased once the swap is live again ? And does this also means that the market for Bitcoin White token is still not dead and we continue trade BTW on exchanges till further notice ?

Looks like developers decided to leave us. They probably sold the whole premine and they are no longer interested in this project.
Since the exchange had sales volumes so large that only developers could do this ... but this is my personal opinion, maybe things are different.

If they wanted to leave then what was the purpose of the swap and introduction of Aigar ? I think the team is working on the issues and i think they should announce the continuation of BTW tokens until all the issues for the Aigar tokens and site is resolved. I would still like to hear the official word from the team.

How much time they are going to take to solve these minor / small problems. This is certainly not going to help the project and will have a bad impact on the project. I wished the developers be more matured when implementing project as big as this one,

What do you mean by development team sold the coins, Are you referring to Aigar or BitWhite ? Also the price of bitwhite is constant at 11-12 Sat (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitwhite/) for a long time ,which means that the project has still live in it and not everyone has sold out yet.

I mean the team Aigar coin. They released premine, a small part of the coins were exchanged for BTW, and the rest was sold on the exchange. This is just my opinion, maybe everything was different.

I hope everything is different from this analysis as i am still holding a lot of BTW. I will swap it once the development team will resume the swap.

Be careful with the trades which you made here and not on the trading platforms. There is a lot of scam being going on when it comes to one to one trade without the use of escrows. You can buy Aigar from the exchanges or get it swapped from the official source.

Yes you could say like that, most coins that are not managed by the team and dev will produce garbage. But that's the fact they made the project without a clear direction and it was all just brief. I am very annoyed if there is a coin like this.

Hello i want to ask if there is a way to make the swap happen in 2021. I bought some btw cions back in 2018 but i wasnt following the project from a fundamental point of view. I have the feeling it is very sure a lost investment. So if someone has some new infos about the project and if i could rescue my btw balance, please let me know.
