I'm not sure if this would work with signature, but you can try adding hyperlink on the message your put in your signature.

AFAIK because you are a Jr. member rank and link on your signature isn't going to be clickable.

You must be a Member rank above to allow links in your signature.

and you need 6 more merit to rank up,
if you can't wait for it, you can buy a copper membership (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote)
it will allow you to have links in signature as if you were a Member rank

As you are a junior member, you can still add signature but that will not be clickable.
